Northbound I-95 closed during Monday morning commute due to crash
The northbound lanes of I-95 reopened after being closed for a few hours Monday morning due to a crash.
The highway was closed in Dortches at Exit 141.
Lanes were allowed to reopen shortly after 5 a.m.
