Authorities close I-15 Freeway at California-Nevada border
The California Highway Patrol closed both directions of the I-15 near the California-Nevada border because of high winds.
The closure starts at Nipton Road and the Nevada Stateline.
Authorities recommended drivers use the alternate route of NV-95 from the Nipton Road exit.
The roads are expected to reopen at 5 p.m.
