Crash blocks all lanes of eastbound I-94 near Chelsea
CHELSEA, MI — All lanes of eastbound I-94 near Chelsea were blocked Monday morning due to a traffic crash.
The blocked lanes are near Old US-12, Exit 162, in Lima Township, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
The right lanes reopened around 8:40 a.m., leaving only the left lane blocked, MDOT officials said.
The crash was reported at 7:45 a.m. The crash was cleared around 9 a.m., MDOT officials said.
Michigan State Police did not respond to a request for comment. This story will be updated as information becomes available.
